Calling in the One

Calling in the One (CITO) is an effective seven-step process, assisting clients in clearing obstacles to creativity and connection, while allowing authentic and healthier unions to emerge.

The light comes on for clients once hidden agendas and patterns of relating are revealed. Clients rebuild and determine what is really possible moving forward, while creating healthy and happy love. Inspiration and growth replace timeworn, personal narrative.

Mentored and certified by the creator of the program and author of the book, Katherine Woodward Thomas, since 2010.

Sessions take place over the phone, with an initial Skype introduction (when available).

Conscious Uncoupling

Conscious Uncoupling is an elegant, five-step process that assists clients in navigating a break-up in a deeply empowered way. Healthy patterns of relating replace old, worn-out systems that are no longer useful to the client. 

Conscious Uncoupling is effective in a variety of situations:

  • One-on-one, intimate relationships
  • Evolving out of old familial patterns
  • Moving and relocation
  • Stepping from one phase of a career to the next

Clearing old story results in expanded opportunities for creative expression, an enhanced quality of life, and a deeper level of peace.

Transitional Coach

At times, a client may need a tune-up or have a more specific issue to work with that is outside of traditional framework. Theresa has miles of experience, an open and compassionate nature, and is a deep listener. She often hears what isn’t being said. When a client feels their creative flow is diverted and is looking for guidance and support in getting back on track, she can assist.

Sessions are available over the phone and Skype.

Nature Guide

Connecting with the outdoors can be deeply healing and enlightening. A walk or an overnight with Nature can be the perfect refresher. Theresa is comfortable, equipped, and experienced to tailor arrangements matched to a client’s needs.

Business Consultant

An entrepreneur before reaching double digits, Theresa has spearheaded highly successful reboot and reorganization projects for a variety of businesses. Her professional career history includes employment in accounting and legal positions.  With an ethically creative and professionally strong background, she truly enjoys a worthwhile project.
